Caram J. Abood, ESQ. – The former Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Cambria County (1976-1991) and District Attorney (1972-1975) applies his extensive experience to practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Law.
Attorney Abood obtained his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Notre Dame. (J.D. 1961). He is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania Courts and Federal District Court.
Attorney Russell concentrates in the areas of Workers Compensation, Bad Faith Insurance Claims, Occupational Disease, Products Liability, Civil Litigation, Zoning and Land Use and Real Estate.
He is a member of the Hornerstown Business and Merchants Association and a Founding Business Associate of the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy. Attorney Pappas has broad experience in the areas of Social Security Disability and Divorce and Domestic Relations. He is the former solicitor for the Cambria County Domestic Relations Office. He is the current solicitor for the Cambria County Prothonotary Office.
He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University (B.A. 1978 with Distinction) and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D. 1981) and is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania Courts, and the Federal 3rd Circuit and District Court.
Attorney Rozich is a lifelong resident of Johnstown and has acquired extensive experience in Personal Injury, Products Liability, Criminal Law, and Civil Litigation. Mr. Rozich has been a member of the Board of the Pennsylvania Association of Trial Lawyers for the past eighteen years.
Additionally, he is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and serves as a volunteer member of the Advisory Board for the Cambria County Children and Youth Services and is a past Board Member of Mercyhurst College. Attorney Rozich graduated Mercyhurst College (B.A. summa cum laude 1979) and Dickinson School of Law (J.D. 1982). He is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania Courts and Federal 3rd Circuit and District Court.
